The Director, Digital Strategy is a key member of the LA Phil’s Marketing & Communications division, overseeing digital strategy and marketing systems for the organization. This role is responsible for the strategic development of, and tactical planning for, digital projects that express the LA Phil’s mission and connect our programming with new and existing audiences via the organization’s digital channels. The Director will collaborate with Senior Leadership to lead the development and implementation of the organization’s marketing technology infrastructure and platforms.
The position will be thoughtful and creative in imagining and implementing digital-based experiences that engage and immerse our customers. With a balance of creativity and practical implementation, the Director will be tasked in finding ways to increase the efficiency and performance of the marketing activities in the organization and to increase the collection of data analytics and decision-making capabilities.
