New York Philharmonic seeks Group Sales Assistant to perform a variety of administrative functions. This is a part-time position for 22 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 10am to 4pm, and Friday, 10am to 2pm. The rate of pay is $12 per hour.
☻ Data entry and maintenance of client database.
☻ Prepare e-mail blasts and promotions.
☻ Track sales progress and generate reports.
☻ Answer phones.
☻ Assist Sales Representatives as needed.
☻ Coordinate submission of proposals.
☻ Manage Group Sales Manager’s calendar.
☻ Filing; processing expense reports.
☻ Miscellaneous duties as required.
The right candidate will be customer-focused and self-motivated with strong administrative and
communications skills; detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of data entry and report generation; agile with
all Microsoft software. Experience with Sales Force and Photoshop and an enthusiasm for classical music
are a plus.
