The J. Paul Getty Museum’s Collection Information & Access department seeks a technically agile, creative, organized, data enthusiast to join its application support efforts for department-managed software solutions. Working alongside collection information management/ visual resource specialists and software developers, the Application Support Specialist will provide end user and technical support for Gallery Systems’ The Museum System (TMS) and other applications developed in service of managing, organizing, and publishing information about the Museum’s art collection and its care. This position is limited term: full-time for 1 year.
The Application Support Specialist position requires a balance of trouble-shooting expertise, technical and soft skills.
